MGMT 7410: Strategic Management in a Changing Environment

Elements of strategy with principles of large-scale organizational change. Practical issues related to mental frameworks and human behavior, environmental and competitor analysis, competitive advantage for single- and multi-business firms, stakeholder analysis, and change implementation. Non-traditional format: Fifty percent of the class time will be face to face, meeting 14 days on campus. The remainder will be completed via distance learning projects on the World Wide Web. Offered spring semester every year.

Prerequisite: Permission of department.
