MGMT 5980: Leadership

This course focuses on managerial leadership. A broad survey of theory, research, and practice on leadership in formal organizations. The topic of leadership effectiveness is at the core of this class. Case analyses, experiential exercises, and discussions are used to develop the personal and interpersonal skills needed in leadership roles. Offered every year.

Prerequisite: MGMT 3000.
