The interpersonal skills that promote individual, group, and organizational effectiveness. Basic concepts, theories, and practices needed to understand human behavior within work organizations. The class activities are varied and interactive, including experiential exercises, discussions, case analyses, and collaborative learning. Offered every year.
Prerequisite: MGMT 3000.
