MGMT 5580: Strategic Management of Nonprofit Organizations

Strategic management of nonprofit organizations, from the entrepreneurship of start-up ventures to the evolving missions of established nonprofits. Specific attention is given to board roles, resource development, and fundraising, as well as to the history and legal basis of the nonprofit sector. Offered every year.
