MGMT 5400: Strategic Management

The processes by which managers formulate and implement corporate and business strategies in order to achieve the economic and non-economic objectives of their organizations. The course will integrate the students' knowledge of the basic functional disciplines into a general strategic perspective for managing the whole organization. Offered every year.

Not open to students with credit in MGMT 5400H. Prerequisite: (MGMT 3000 and MARK 3000 and FINA 3000) or permission of department.
