MGMT 5220: Project Management

The planning, scheduling, organizing, implementing, and controlling of single and multiple projects. Project management is an increasing area of concern and requires significantly different approaches to these traditional activities. This course explores traditional and new techniques for this dynamic environment. Offered every year.
