MGMT 4250: Productivity Management

Personal, process, white collar, and organizational productivity concepts, issues, and measurements. Emphasizes combining these new management philosophies in achieving a competitive advantage of time, quality, and price and their impact on organizational profit. Constraint management and process management concepts are applied to support cross-functional problem identification, analysis, solution, and implementation. Offered every year.

Prerequisite: MGMT 3000.
