LEGL 7400: International Legal Transactions for Business

Laws, agreements, and institutions that affect international business transactions with particular emphasis on licensing, exporting, contract formation, dispute resolution, intellectual property rights, and cultural, political, and ethical problems. Non-traditional format: Course meets on half-semester. Offered every year.

Not open to students with credit in LEGL 8400. Prerequisite: LEGL 7010.
