LEGL 7200: Negotiation and Conflict Resolution

Complex negotiation simulations and interest-based conflict management systems, with emphasis on methods of recognizing and resolving underlying conflicts and resulting disputes. Offered every year.

Not open to students with credit in LEGL 8200. Prerequisite: LEGL 7050.
