LEGL 4300: Law of Business Organizations

A managerial, entrepreneurial focus on the law applicable to forming partnerships, corporations and other business entities, raising capital and structuring relationships with agents, employees, partners, officers, and directors. Offered every year.

Undergraduate prerequisite: LEGL 2700.
