Institute for Leadership Advancement Courses
ILAD 4100: Leadership, Personal Development, and Organizations
An in-depth self-examination of skills, personality, attitudes, and behaviors to increase self-awareness of leadership competencies. Students will also examine theories of leadership to develop insights for their personalized leadership development. Activities include individual assessments, a ropes course, personal leadership development plan, and learning journal. Offered fall and spring semesters every year.
Prerequisite: Admission into Leadership Scholars Program or enrollment in the ILA Leadership Certificate Program.
