FINA 7140: Mergers, Restructuring, and Corporate Control

The dynamics of control within corporations and the role of the market for corporate control in leading to economic restructuring and shifts in resource allocation by corporations. Mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, restructuring, leverage buyouts, and bankruptcy. Offered every year.

Not open to students with credit in FINA 8140.
