FINA 7110: Theory of Corporate Finance

The co-determination of financial policy and business strategy. The role of capital markets, government, product and factor markets, and governance in financial decision making will be discussed including theory and empirics. Topics include security issuance, IPOs, mergers, and bankruptcy. Offered every year.

Not open to students with credit in FINA 8110.
