FINA 7100: Corporate Financial Management
Tools and concepts in corporate finance. Students are required to analyze situations, make value maximizing decisions, and communicate the basis of those decisions. Topics may include evaluation of financing alternatives, the cost of capital, security issuance, mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring, internal governance mechanisms, private equity, and working capital management. Offered every year.
