The structure, conduct, and performance of suppliers and customers in product and geographic markets. Topics treated include recent industry studies, consequences of technological change, the role of property rights and transactions costs, and federal and state public utility and antitrust regulations. Offered every year.

Prerequisite: ECON 8010.
