All individuals
needing to register for ICIS 2004 or an Ancillary Meeting must download a
paper form and bring the completed form with payment to the onsite registration
booth.
Exhibitors, Corporate Sponsors, Academic Sponsors, Doctoral Consortium Students, and AIS Institutional Member Conference Designees should register using the ICIS 2004 Registration Paper Form. Please download and complete the form. Please include payment information for any items other than ICIS registration. Fax or email the form to the AIS Office.
