all institutions who have paid and posted a position on the AIS Placement
website as of November 28, 2004 (14 days prior to the conferece). These tables will be available on a
First-Come-First-Served basis in

General Placement Area.

Placement Participation Requirements

All persons who are
participating (interviewers/interviewees) in AIS Placement onsite at ICIS
2004 in the rooms/booths provided MUST BE registered for BOTH
ICIS 2004 and AIS Placement |

How do I participate in placement activities? Register for placement at http://www.aisnet.org/placement
and electronically post your resume, universities will contact you. You may also view employment opportunities
and contact universities. |

How do I meet my interviewers? Interviewees typically meet University
representatives either at the entrance or inside the placement rooms
(interviewing area). A message board will be placed next to the placement area for posting
of coordinating messages. It is the
responsibility of the applicant and not AIS representatives, to locate
University representatives. Coordinate
meeting locations and identifying signals prior to the conference. |

How do we advertise our position? Register for placement at http://www.aisnet.org/placement to
electronically post your university’s position. |

Where do we interview job applicants? With
your placement registration fee, recruiters that have electronically posted a
position and have registered for ICIS can gain access to the rooms where
tables will be provided for interviewing.
These free tables are available on a first come, first serve basis.
Paper tent cards are provided at the conference by AIS with the name of the
university, however you may also bring signage that will attach to these
tables. Both the university and the
individual must be registered with AIS Placement and registered for the
conference (university representatives and candidates) in order to obtain
access to the AIS hosted placement space. |
