2nd Annual Spencer Educational Foundation Conference on Enterprise Risk Management:
"Creating and Protecting Value with Enterprise Risk Management"
Today's dynamic world has placed new emphasis on the need for organizations to focus on and understand the rapidly changing risks within their firm. Enterprise risk management has expanded traditional risk management to understand how these many risks and opportunities interact to create strategic opportunities to increase and protect company value. While the need to manage the enterprise's overall risks is increasingly recognized, many are less comfortable with how to implement enterprise risk management in their organization. In this conference, outstanding speakers involved with enterprise risk management on a daily basis will discuss the growth of enterprise risk management and how it is used in organizations today to create value.
