MINUTES
STAFF REPRESENTATION GROUP
NOVEMBER 9, 2005

The Terry College of Business Staff Representative Group met Wednesday, November 9, 2005 at 9:00 in 327 Brooks Hall.

Members present: Ashley Young (Business Office), Marsha Dickerson (ACCT), Tony Stringer (Alumni & Development) Sheila King (Associate Dean for Faculty and Research) Donna Sisk (MBA Office) Stan Johnson (Logistical Support) Ruth Davis (MGMT) Connie Autry (MARK) Cynthia Huff (MIS) Ian Armit (Selig Center) Cindy Daniel (Undergraduate Program office, Terry at Gwinnett and proxy for ILA) SRG positions vacant (OIT and Marketing & Communications).

Members absent: Elizabeth Wiley (Executive Programs& EMBA) Joanna Warren (Economics) Amanda Mckasson (Banking & Finance) Marsha Richmond (ILSRE) Sally Vandiver (International Business).

The meeting was called to order by Ashley Young. There were no corrections for the minutes from the October meeting.

Ashley reviewed the draft minutes of the Staff Council meeting that was held on November 2, 2005 and highlighted several areas of interest. These areas included the SSTEAM conference, the availability of flu shots on campus and an update from the Needs and Concerns Committee, regarding the possibility of the expansion of the shared leave program. This committee hopes to have a resolution ready for discussions at the December Staff Council meeting. And lastly, Ashley mentioned the individuals who recently had their social security numbers accessed can request free credit reports for monitoring their accounts.
