Due to the March meeting being schedule during the UGA spring break, several SRG members would be away from the office. There being no agenda items to report, Cindy Daniel polled the SRG members and decided to cancel the March meeting and carry out the meeting though minutes only.

Staff Council: The draft of the March Staff Council minutes have not been available online - to date.

New Business: On March 5th, Cindy Daniel e-mailed the Terry faculty and staff of the SRG personal care collection project. This will be an ongoing project through the year. The first charity SRG will assist is the Sparrow's Nest on Prince Avenue. We will be collecting personal care and hygiene items. There will be a collection box in Logistics and when the box or boxes are full, we will make the delivery to the chosen charity. The SRG is responsible for choosing the charity to receive these personal care and hygiene items each time. Terry Faculty and staff members are welcome to make charity suggestions to their SRG representative.

On March 13th, Cindy received a request from a representative of the Sparrow's Nest to try to donate specific items. Cindy e-mailed the faculty/staff once again to include the following specific items: men and women's deodorant, double-edged razors, individually wrapped tooth brushes and tooth paste.
