2012 J.M. Tull School of Accounting Career Fair

Dear Accounting Recruiter,

We invite you to participate in our annual J. M. Tull School of Accounting Career Fair, scheduled for Thursday, August 30, 2012 from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm at the Athens Classic Center! Registration will begin on June 29, 2012.

This career fair is for J.M. Tull School of Accounting students and alumni only.

To guarantee a table(s), please complete your registration with fees by Friday, August 3, 2012. Registrations received after August 6 will be handled on an “as available” basis by contacting Laura Clark. Organizations are limited to two tables maximum and six representatives per table.

As part of the registration, you should submit your company profile (see sample company profile PDF | 35 KB). Your company profile will be included in our 2012–2013 Tull School Recruiting Handbook for Students. Every accounting student going through the interview process receives this handbook and considers it a valued resource. Your profile should include information pertinent to your accounting opportunities and contact information. This one-page copy will be duplicated in black and white. Please email the document to Jessica Perry by August 6 to ensure inclusion.

All campus interviews are conducted in the UGA Career Center’s facilities at Clark Howell Hall. To manage the timing of the Accounting Career Fair and students submitting resumes for pre-select interviews, interviews should start no earlier than Monday, September 17. To accommodate mid-term exams (and student stress), we ask that you refrain from interviewing during mid-term week of October 8–12.

Campus interview room requests are managed on-line via HireUGA with your account at the UGA Career Center. You a may also access campus interview information. You will receive a confirmation and instructions within two days of your request. Should you need assistance, contact Debi Grayson at the UGA Career Center at 706-542-5948.

Shipping arrangements for recruiting materials, etc., should be made directly with The Classic Center at 706-357-4416. Driving directions are available on their website.
