The Master of Internet Technology Program officially began in August 2001. It is one of a few multidisciplinary masters degree programs offered by The University of Georgia. The vision is to bridge the gap between management (business) and computing (technology) instruction. The program is administered by the Department of Management Information Systems (MIS).
The program is delivered over five semesters, from August of the first academic year to May of the second year. The courses are delivered online, in both synchronous (at a set time) and asynchronous (flexible) format.
