Online Teacher Evaluation Instructions

1.    Point your browser to http://courseeval.terry.uga.edu. Use your MyID and password to login.
2.    You should see your section on the left. Click on the course name to enter the evaluation. If you cannot see your courses, the evaluation may have closed. Please contact your instructor.
3.    The dates of availability will be posted at the top of the page. Fill out the evaluation.
4.    At the end of the evaluation, click on the Submit Evaluation button.
5.    The system will record your submission and give you an acknowledgement. You can review your changes and resubmit if you wish to make edits.

It should take approximately 5 minutes to complete the form.
